Refund policy
Scope of Return and Refund
We only accept returns or refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all items immediately upon receipt.
Once an item is received and accepted in good condition, we do not allow any returns, exchanges, or refunds thereafter.
Conditions for Acceptance
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- You must notify us immediately upon delivery (within the same day).
- You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
If your return request is approved, we will issue a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Items that were accepted and not reported as defective upon delivery.
- Items that are used, opened, or not in their original packaging.
- Items that are delivered in good condition but later damaged or altered.
Responsibility Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, the customer or authorized receiver is expected to:
- Inspect all items thoroughly before accepting.
- Immediately report any issues via email at sales1@foodplusph.com.
- Retain all packaging and documentation until the issue is resolved.
Once the order is confirmed to be in good condition and accepted, we will no longer be liable for any post-delivery issues.
